Well, my wife decided to join Facebook and has got me on it, too. There are certainly a sea of people sitting on their computers updating their status and mood every few minutes.

Do you have BibleReader for iPhone yet? Have I told you lately how much I love this Bible application? It’s great and it’s free. Add the translations of your choice for the royalty fee to the publisher of the translation. I am part of the beta program and they practically update the program once a week. The point is the folks at OliveTree are working hard to provide a superior product for free. Go try it.

I need to preach on marriage and divorce soon. I feel like this a topic that must be revisited and taught every six months or so. We have so many new people come through our doors each year that it is important that the truth of God’s word is clear on the topic. Our world treats marriage and subsequent divorce as inconsequential. But Matthew 19:9 and 1 Corinthians 7:10-11 reveal clear consequences for divorce. We cannot ignore God’s law simply because we may not like it. This is not the time for itching ears.
